Work Package 2
Objectives:
• To develop a plan and appropriate communication tools that enable the dissemination, as widely as possible, of the progress, updates and recommendations of this JA.
• To produce communication and dissemination materials adapted to different stakeholders at the EU level, that enables setting up a network of interested policy makers, professionals, patients’ associations, citizens and other relevant stakeholders.
• To maximise the impact of the eCAN’s project among the target audience through specific information and formats (policy reports, leaflets, newsletters, press releases…) that will be disseminated through the website and other avenues of communication (such as in-person or online events).

eCAN Dissemination Report
This deliverable provides an overview of the dissemination activities carried out by the eCAN consortium during the first year of the Joint Action. Events, training activities, KPIs on social media and the website, interviews, press releases, newsletters… the Dissemination Report underlines the consortium’s dedication to the visibility and communication of eCAN, echoing the belief that science is not finished until it is communicated.
Stakeholders’ Outreach Approach
Document that describes the main mechanisms used by WP2 to reach out to the stakeholder groups identified for communication, dissemination and visibility purposes. These tools include innovative strategies such as interviews with stakeholders or the use of emerging social networks such as TikTok, an uncharted approach used in a European Joint Action.
