SUMMARY:TRANSiTION Stakeholder Forum
DESCRIPTION:On October 9th\, the TRANSiTION project organises the TRANSiTION Stakeholder Forum\, that will gather healthcare education experts to shape a European curriculum on digital skills in oncology. This meeting will address how digital technologies are changing cancer care. \nOur colleague from the 3rd Regional Health Authority of Greece\, Dr. Stergiani\, Spyrou (WP8 leader) will present the eCAN JA and its training programme in the context of this forum. The meeting aims to ensure that healthcare professionals can work effectively with the latest tools and technology. Stakeholders\, policymakers and co-researchers will have the chance to contribute to its creation during the design and development phase through this forum. A high-level report will be issued following the forum to capture the main points of the discussions and to facilitate drawing conclusions and further connections.

SUMMARY:Psychosocial Oncology Care: Challenges and Opportunities
DESCRIPTION:Psychosocial Oncology Care: Challenges and Opportunities Awareness Event will take place next October 16th at Limassol’s municipal library (Cyprus). The event\, organised by DESIPOC project\, aims to address challenges and seize opportunities in psychosocial oncology care and explore critical aspects in this field. \nOur colleague from WP7\, Efthyvoulos Kyriakou\, will present the eCAN JA and the digital tools our project developed for conducting 2 pilot projects for online pyschological support and rehabilitation. Along with other professionals\, Kyriakou will talk about the eCAN during the first session of the event\, dedicated to leveraging technology to optimize care. \nIf you are a nurse\, doctor\, oncology patient\, family caregiver\, researcher in the field of oncology\, student\, or simply someone interested in psychosocial care in oncology\, you can join the event from 08:30 to 14:30 (GMT +3).
