HaDEA is organising a showcase event in Brussels on ‘Fostering synergies to beat cancer: The impact of EU-funded projects’. This will be an important occasion to mark the World Cancer Day and demonstrate the impact of various grants and tenders managed by the Agency in relation to the Europe’s Beating Cancer Plan and the Cancer Mission.

This event will bring together representatives of EU-funded cancer projects like eCAN, NGOs, health organisations working in the field of cancer, National Contact Points and National Focal Points and policymakers. The event will be held in person in Brussels and also online.

Marc Van den Bulcke, eCAN coordinator, will moderate the last panel discussion of the event, Reducing inequalities and improving quality of life of cancer patients and survivors, and will represent our JA.
