The Spanish Association of Health Law (AEDS) will present its new cycle of webinars, the WebinAEDS, with the first session focusing on a topical issue: ‘The new European Regulation on Artificial Intelligence: Opportunities and challenges in its application in the healthcare field’.
The main virtue of this regulation lies, according to expert consensus, in its function as a regulatory basis. However, it has some disadvantages, such as the speed of development and the global nature of the regulation.
The eCAN Joint Action will be introduced by Joaquin Cayón, Head of the Legal Service of the Regional Ministry of Health of Cantabria and IDIVAL researcher.
